Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

• Priority Shipping (U.S.): 2–4 business days

• We currently ship domestically within all U.S. states only.
  International shipping will be available starting in the second quarter of 2026.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking details may take up to 48 hours to become active.

Local Pickup
Local pickup is available at our Washington location by appointment only. You will receive an email when your order is ready, usually within 1–2 business days.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any issues, take clear photos or videos as documentation and contact us immediately at aolcs@gmail.com or +1 (253) 353-3596. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll work promptly to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Arts of Love is not responsible for delays or losses caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. However, we’ll assist you in coordinating with the carrier whenever possible.

International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their local authorities.
